When trying to get a sample pen it wouldn't let me pick any other colour than the defaulted grey. I spoke to Jake in sales and he was very helpful in helping me get what I wanted, thank you.

Be more upfront re. VAT charges on your prices. We all know we have to pay it but it always seems like a bit of a cheat when your final bill is plus an extra £35 quid.
