He spotted a gap in the market for branded merchandise by mail order and launched Hotline with a printed catalogue and just 300 products. It was a bold move, driven by a passion for innovation and a desire to make ordering promotional products easier.   In 1999, we became the first UK promotional products distributor to sell online. That pioneering mindset still defines us today.   Now, we’re a multi-million-pound business offering over 2,000 branded products from bags, pens and mugs to clothing and memory sticks.
