easy to use website - looked for ages until I found one that I could easily upload my logo and view on the product - hope the delivery and printing is as good as this expereince :)

It was difficult to get back to change the basic colour of pen if the added logo etc didn't really suit the chosen colour. I had to start again

Confusing! The prices I paid were more expensive than those quoted (GW249477-3) and the free pens were only free if you buy 250 already. This is not clear either. Also, not competitive with Alibaba, apart from timing. Disappointed that british business is not competing and not interested. Got on with it this time, but will look to China in future if we have to do more of this stuff.

Pretty straightforward process. Lets hope that the bag turns out nicely!
