Can I return or get a refund for samples?

No, samples are non-returnable and non-refundable, but they’re yours to keep for testing and evaluation.

Can I order samples?

Yes! You can request a sample using the ‘Order a Sample’ link in the product overview. These samples won’t feature your logo and will arrive in one of the colours we currently have in stock. They’re a great way to get a feel for the item’s quality and suitability before placing an order.

On some of our bestselling products, we even offer free samples. Just look out for the 'Order Your FREE Sample' button on the product page, simply choose your preferred colour and checkout online.
